Gourmet Food Trucks in West Palm Beach

Gourmet Food Trucks in West Palm Beach

West Palm Beach, Florida is home to some of the best food trucks around. With access to fresh seafood, fruit, and endless sunshine, this town is built for an outdoor dining experience. Here are a few of our favorite trucks to hit when we are looking for a quick bite in the sunshine state.

1. Tacos Y Antojitos Emanuel

If you are looking for a good place to get some great Mexican food, this is the truck for you. Be sure that you will be able to find all sorts of restaurants in and around West Palm Beach that serve up authentic Mexican fare, but this is a spot that stands out from the rest. The chef knows how to mix just the right spices into the food to give it an amazing flavorful balance. Combine that with the perfect portion size and great prices and it’s an all-around winning situation. One of the best things about the place is that the truck is in the same spot every day, so you do not need to track it down in order to enjoy the food.

2. Curbside Gourmet

The Curbside Gourmet is unique to the street food scene in Palm Beach because it is the first gourmet food truck to be issued a license to roll. The owners opened the spot with the hopes that they could bridge the gap between fine dining and fast food that currently exists in West Palm Beach. All of the ingredients are locally sourced and the menu is seasonally inspired. The menu includes crab cake sliders, soup of the day, a BLT sandwich, pork tacos, fresh catch of the day tacos and a variety of other “grab-and-go” offerings.

3. Spring In Roll Out

This Vietnamese-inspired food truck is known for its awesome Phad Thai, spring rolls, noodle bowls, and friendly staff. Dishes can be made with the meat of your choice or with tofu for those who prefer Vegetarian options. Their Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi is a favorite with customers. The menu can be a bit pricey depending on what you order. Most of their sandwich options will run you about $10, but the food is definitely worth the price.
