Places to Stay in Oregon

If you are traveling through Oregon this summer, consider staying at one of these beautiful boutique Inns. Though they may not have all of the amenities of the larger chain hotels, their beautiful views and enchanting locations make it worth the stay.

Arch Cape Inn: Arch Cape

Established in 1994 this luxury boutique Inn on the Oregon Coast can be found at the base of an ancient volcanic mountain range. Just steps from the Pacific Ocean beaches this beautiful Inn sits on both a US Scenic By-Way and on a section of the Oregon Coast Trail. Guests to the Inn have access to world-class shopping, dining, art, history and a performance arts center, all within a ten-mile radius. In addition, there are three public golf courses, opportunities for surfing adventures and horseback riding located nearby.

Portland’s White House: Portland

Located in Portland’s North East Historic Irvington District, this beautiful location was built by Robert Lytle in 1911 as a summer home for his family. At the time that it was built it was considered to be the most expensive home in the district. Built in Greek Revival style, 14 massive columns, and circular drive greets you upon your arrival and welcomes you into this exquisite setting. Enjoy an afternoon in the quiet courtyard garden, touring the extensive collection of 18th and 19th Century oil paintings or dining in their formal Dining Room. Come explore one of Portland’s finest Bed and Breakfast locations.

Cannery Pier Hotel & Spa: Astoria

If you are looking for something a little off the beaten path, check out this renovated cannery. Located 600 feet into the Columbia River the Cannery Pier Hotel & Spa was once known as the Union Fish Cannery. This uniquely renovated location offers guests unique views of the river, private balconies, individual fireplaces, hardwood floors and top of the line amenities. The onsite full-service spa offers extensive services for guests, as does the authentic Finnish sauna and fitness room. If you are seeking the ultimate experience of luxury at a uniquely historical Oregon location, you cannot pass up the opportunity to experience this beautiful, relaxing hotel.
