We are pleased to report the charges brought against William Bailey, Christy Spensberger and Travel Services found at https://www.oag.state.tx.us/newspubs/releases/2010/031710royalpalms_pop.pdf have now been resolved with the following results:
- Christy Spensberger was dismissed of all charges on 10.25.2010;
- William Bailey was dismissed of all charges on 11.23.2010;
- Travel Services won their case against the attorney general on 4.11.201.
